Lymph Flow contains a 600 mg proprietary blend of 13 ingredients per two-dropper serving, in a base of purified water, vegetable glycerin and natural flavoring. It contains soy. These are the six ingredients named on the official page.
| Ingredient | Traditional or researched use |
|---|---|
| Horse chestnut | Leg vein comfort and swelling |
| Boswellia serrata | Healthy inflammatory response |
| Curcumin | Antioxidant, inflammatory balance |
| Gotu kola | Microcirculation, skin |
| Quercetin phytosome | Antioxidant flavonoid |
| Ginger | Digestion, circulation |
Horse chestnut
Horse chestnut seed extract, standardized to aescin, reduced leg swelling and heaviness in chronic venous insufficiency in several trials, at around 100 to 150 mg of aescin a day.
Boswellia and curcumin
Both are studied for inflammation, mainly in joints. Curcumin is poorly absorbed unless specially formulated.
Gotu kola
Gotu kola has small studies for vein function and microcirculation.
Quercetin phytosome and ginger
Quercetin is a flavonoid antioxidant; the phytosome form improves absorption. Ginger is well studied for nausea and digestion.
